The inquest into the death of Chris Nota will begin next week.
Chris was 19 years old. He had an autism diagnosis, learning disability, epilepsy and experienced mental ill health.
He died in July 2020 under the care of Essex mental health services.

This is serious. I'm not entirely sure what Thurrock Council have done, but it's quite clear they have buggered up in an epic way for local goverment.
