Please do better @XfinitySupport . How can we pay our bills if we do not receive a paper bill, unable to access our account online, via the TV app, connect with a representative online, or get the chat system to work in less than 12 hours? AND bill is wrong, again.

@XfinitySupport I am looking for more responsive customer service. Stop making customers jump through hoops and spend hours trying to accomplish a small task.
