@BostonBiceps_ If that were to happen to me, I would likely avoid pork for an extended period because I am extremely grossed out by spoiled food. As a chef, I am not fond of holding onto food for an extended time, and I am not particularly fond of eating leftovers.

Anyone else notice everyone’s garage is empty now? New tract home neighborhood. Drive by, glance in (yeah I look), and it’s always nothing. No racks, no bikes, no tools, no workbench. Just flat white paint. A car or 2, and emptiness. Need a 2x4 cut? Spare tire swapped? Furniture painted? Apparently you just… pay someone!? Growing up the garage was where anything could be fixed or built. Glad mine still is
