@CoachDanCasey HORRIBLE defensive play doesn’t hurt either. 90 gets his ass kicked and 6 scrapes over the top way too wide instead of playing down hill just outside the down block…. You can run whatever you want and beat these guys

Any player watching the @NBA playoffs and not being inspired to not only get in the gym and work but extremely important, get stronger , more flexible and getting great shape is MISSING IT. Playing through contact , being on balance and building your cardio toughness is REAL.
