Escalations like this will decimate the BC tourism industry. For the hundreds of small businesses and their employees in Victoria alone who rely on cruise passengers, transitioning out of tourism is simply not feasible, quick, or reliable given the unknown end date of tariffs.

We need to elect a leader who will stand up to the establishment and the status quo, not someone whose spent their entire political career defining it. I will say what I mean, and do what I say. I am from from the people, and for the people, not the political establishment.

I am what the establishment and life long politicians fear. I stand for term limits, common sense policies, action not studies, and government accountability. I am not here to raise my salary or collect a pension. I am only here to get the job done.

Thank you @richardzussman for moderating this powerful debate and to my colleagues on stage who provided great dialogue. I hope the people of this province saw why I’m different, and how I am the person to take down the NDP. The status quo must end. @bcliberals
