@luxemiaa Best advice I’ve heard for a buying with cash: keep it to yourself. Tell them you are buying, not leasing. Negotiate for a good price, get them to put in writing that the price is locked as long as you can pay, then announce you’ll just pay it all up front to avoid the interest.

Went to buy a car today. I told the dealership I was paying cash. Suddenly, everyone became very interested in leasing. They kept explaining monthly payments, lease options, and how "affordable" it would be. Me: "I'm paying cash." Them: "But have you considered leasing?" Me: "Have you considered listening?" The minute you know what you want, some salespeople start trying to sell you what works best for them, not you. So I thanked them for their time and left.

@Rexmetus @AmazonMGMStudio There’s an “officially canon” graphic novel - approved by the rights holders, but not the original writers - that wraps the story up. It’s fine, not great. It’s called Return to Destiny or Back to Destiny or something. I wouldn’t buy it, but it was real easy to find free online.

Why on earth would they schedule a World Cup game at midnight eastern when the games are all here in North America?
