When the stock market is crazy, it's important to zoom out, and just trust the process. I've been fortunate to have picked some amazing companies before they've grown. Some thoughts I've learned along the way. Not financial advice, just observations: - I've been very fortunate to have some big winners that wash out underperformers. When you're right a few times, you can be wrong many. - Sometimes it's very hard to stomach big macro pullbacks. With the short ADHD news cycles today, the market typically corrects up or down FAST. Many times if the market drops, it's probably already too late to sell. - I constantly test the thesis of every stock. I scour X for information (good and bad) for every one of my tickers. There are so many smart people on X. Sometimes they're right and you're wrong, and you have to reassess. - When I buy a new stock, I generally buy a 3-5% position and make it earn a larger piece. My big gainers in my portfolio never had more than a 10% position in the beginning (including $RKLB and $NVDA). Just my style - everyone does it their own way. What else would you share??
