Tropicana Field: This ballpark is easily the worst in baseball. Built in 1990, and nearly wiped by a hurricane. Artificial turf and catwalks that literally interfere with live play make it one of the most worst fan experiences in professional sports.

As someone who has graded 1000s of cards, these are the best two tips for beginning your grading journey.
1. Don't trust condition labels.
NM, NM+, minty, possible PSA 10, clean, gradable, etc doesn't mean squat. Check with your own eyes, ideally in person, to verify conditions. If listing has no condition label, assume it will not 10.
2. Pack fresh does not automatically equal PSA 10.
Many pack fresh cards come with bad centering, whitening, lifts, or bends. You should still check conditions on them.
