Retail is never confident buying until they see the price go up.
These banks and institutions are going to gladly raise the price up when the market structure bill turns into law because they will keep buying until they own as much as possible when they are allowed to finally.
The ones who didn't buy before the banks got in, will be stuck buying $50 fractions of a 50M Bitcoin to pay for gas because BP and Shell will have their balance sheet in Bitcoin so they will require customers to pay in Bitcoin and the banks will make a fees every transaction you do.

Odds of the market structure bill being signed jumped to 67% this morning.
The second it passes, the flood gates will open for banks to buy Bitcoin. 100% Trump will force them to accumulate as much Bitcoin as possible until his term ends in 2029. That's 3 straight years of Bitcoin being bought when this law goes into place. Trump will demand from the top down that we buy more Bitcoin for 3 more years. Then it will be established for any future president.
