I've seen 2 stabbing attempts outside my window this month in Minneapolis. I didn't bother calling the police, because serious responses stopped being a thing just after Jacob Frey took office. I now usually only call if a woman gets beaten up, or there's actual physical contact with someone. We have one severely disturbed individual on the block who throws rocks and concrete at cars. I've called 8 times just on him. Yesterday he was on the sidewalk rolling around, hitting himself in the head, yelling, etc. No use to call. City council, Moriarty, Frey, our justice system, Walz, Democrats in general, are responsible for not putting the mentally ill and criminal offenders where they should be.
