@Uber_Support I am a driver on your platform and I purchased a vehicle using the Uber-Truecar EV Incentive in March. I completed the guidelines of the promotion. The promotional payment is now 6 months delinquent. Uber support has been contacted over 20 times, with no resolution

I guess @TrueCar doesnt want my 2015 Mazda CX-5 owned outright in perfect condition? Went through all steps to get an offer only for it to say "We cannot value your car". Called customer service and they said "Yea, sometimes it does that but you are free to try another company.
