That's because Anthem and Concord were multiplayer only games.
GTA is a single player game and yes when you buy digital there is always that risk of your purchases being taken away.
Just look at all the studio canal movies that people purchased digitally on PSN, they are going to be removed from people's libraries due to rights issues.
Anyone who purchased a studio canal movie on PSN will be loosing access to them starting September 1st.
This should open people's eyes.

As a gun nerd myself, this build is straight-up obnoxious.
That said, it’s a perfect showcase of just how wild weapon customization is getting. You don’t have to go full clown mode on yours, but this gives a real sense of what’s possible full liveries, not just camos and colors, plus a ridiculous number of attachments. I’m loving every second of it.
