Dear @AlboMP. I'm sorry you and Tony Burke were nearly lynched at Lakemba Mosque this morning. I guess issuing 3,000 visas to Gaza, recognising 'Palestine' and throwing millions of dollars at certain groups didn't pay off. On behalf of the Jewish Community, I'd like to invite you to any Synagogue in the country tonight for the Friday night service. Sure, a huge number of the Jewish Community are deeply upset at you and disgusted by the direction of this country. Really, really upset. However beyond some murmurs from the crowd you won't be in any actual danger. None. You'll even get a glass of wine and you can even leave your police protection detail outside. Or in the car as usual because they know you would be safer inside a Synagogue than walking through Bondi. Plus they will get to keep their boots on this time! If you'd like, you can address the congregation. Perhaps a line or two about 'social cohesion' or perhaps the huge contribution the Jewish Community have made to Australia. Maybe something about Passover. That always plays well. Or perhaps announce you're chucking another few million dollars at Jewish security, rather than chucking a few people out of the country. Few Australians would feel comfortable about the way the Prime Minister and Minister Burke were disrespected during a visit to a Western Sydney mosque earlier today. One of our goals as a democratic project must be to engage with respect, even when we disagree.

@I_Menelaus @AlboMP @Tony_Burke @PaulineHansonOz I've worked closely with protection details of Prime Ministers and Presidents and that's a pretty standard detail. At synagogues most of them would often wait outside or in the car though because they knew it was safe inside.

Despite claims there were no warnings ahead of the strike and no notifications sent to the Lebanese Army who allowed us to film As we have seen in Gaza they want to silence journalists who document and report their war crimes It is the western powers who provide political and military support for I$rael, arming it to the teeth to carry out genocide in Gaza and ethnic cleansing here in Lebanon. They are not simply complicit, but active participants and should be held accountable for their actions. But if I$rael thinks today’s strike will silence us and keep us out of the field they are very, very mistaken

❗️BREAKING ❗️Today I've been going to prepoll asking politicians about their position on abortion. Things escalated quickly when Labor MP Nat Cook didn't even let me get my question out and started yelling, "Call the police" and "I'm being harassed". As an elected representative asking for our vote and being paid over $200k by the taxpayer, Nat Cook should be able to answer a question about her position against two recent bills seeking to ban late term abortion. Minutes after she shouted for the police, a police car with two police officers arrived at the scene and I was told they would arrest me unless I left. How absolutely appalling that Labor can abuse their powers and get the police to do their dirty work when they don't want to answer a tough question. My 15 year old daughter Laura had a pupil free day and so she came along to film me. She couldn't believe what happened. I think she learned more in this one day about the police state we live in, than she could in the classroom. Make no mistake: Labor is authoritarian and anti-free speech. They support full term abortion and refuse to answer any question about why. Put Labor & the Greens last and put One Nation first.
