@JohnLewisRetail @Voucher_Express Why would you take my payment only to deny me a gift voucher for "reasons"? Phoned @Voucher_Express for an explanation and was stuck on hold for ages. I don't think I'll bother now, and will get @amazon gift vouchers instead. Really rubbish.
