@LQ I’m used to La Quinta’s having no pet fee, it’s the reason I use them when I travel. I feel my hotel has misinterpreted the new pet fee though and overcharged me- policy reads as if it’s $20 per night and I had to pay $40 for one night(2 Pomeranians)?

@WHRSupport Stayed Ramada in Bangor Me for 4 days.Room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay,even after requesting it.Received excuses from rude front desk.Emailed front desk mgr Jessica&GM Free FOUR times.Called Jessica 8 times&have yet to be able to discuss with anyone

@WHRSupport hi! We have a reservation for Friday in Pittsburgh for our daughter’s Debutante Ball but when I called about check in, they won’t guarantee a check in before 4:00, which doesn’t allow us enough time for hair+makeup. Can you help?

@WyndhamHotels need lesson in Customer Service & honoring commitments. In April '19 I booked @WingateHotels AltantaBuckhead for Final4 in April '20. Hotel converting to Wyndham Burgess and cancelled reservation. Offered to rebook me at 3x the price. City now sold out. @WHRsupport

@LQ just screwed me over $300 and then the lady told me oh they pressed the wrong button..then told me 3 days to get my money back and to call my bank to deal with it?????? like ma’am that’s yourrrrrr job🙃🖕🏼

@Americinn Whoever is working your front desk at the Inver Grove Heights, MN is the most rude front desk staff I've ever encountered. They just hung up on me twice in a row and that's after I've already booked a room.

Dear @LQ, I evacuated from Healdsburg on Saturday and have been staying in your Berkeley location for 4 days. In that time the room rate has jumped from $189 on Saturday to $247 (on a Tuesday).That seems like more than the 10% allowed by law in emergencies. Are you price-gouging?
