7th support ticket from @RiotSupport I was false banned for cheats by an AI system I'm being ignored and no one is taking the time to review my logs. "we've already provided all the support we can" if that were the case my logs would be reviewed and I'd be unbanned already! You can't make this up 😭 acted they understood my pain just to do the same exact thing as everyone else ignoring me. 1,362 hours and 650 USD spent on my account and this is how I get treated as a loyal player. Just a week back into the game and suddenly I'm cheating, what a joke man. Below I've provided an image of that last ticket and my best clips before I was false banned. If you've also been falsely banned on Valorant I encourage you to post about it aggressively and don't give up. My Riot ID is KING OF RAGE #URBAD

I was suspicious because he called out the exact cheat but I was still willing to help in case it was somehow a mistake. For everyone reading, cheating the game isn't worth it, and getting good isn't so hard. The same money put into buying a cheat can go towards a good mouse/mousepad combo. We even have mouse acceleration curves that can be tailored to your weaknesses.

Omg I was false banned from valorant and @RiotK3o just unbanned me with the help of this goated guy @WarframeExposed ! For those who are false banned I put over 14 support tickets , got denied every SINGLE time! but don't lose hope as there might be a GOATEDriot staff to help u!

Try messaging @RiotK3o, he reviewed my logs and seen I didn't cheat. Got my account back. Atm he's pretty much the only dev that's willing to help and unban if he finds that you really are a false flag. Get your logs here: support.riotgames.com/en-us/valorant… Sending a ticket to Riot Support is effectively useless in our situation as most of those people are copy-pasting messages / using AI and aren't really gonna pay attention or care. But I sent tickets for the off chance that someone was willing to help. It's rare but it has happened.

Atp u can just read the faq for those same replies 😂

got false banned for "cheating" and in the tickets they reply with the same message where they "reviewed manually" and nothing changed.. is it only my problem? please help i spent to much to get false banned and to lose a 4 years account like this

My time has come, it’s time to let go, it’s time to mature. VALORANT has taken at minimum 6,000 hours of my life, hours which I will not get back. I have learnt a lot and I have no regrets, although I have a few words for Riot. My future? I have been discussing a few Tier 2 level contracts at Counter Strike, the better counterpart of VALORANT. Your support system is atrocious, you’re willing to sacrifice your player’s time, effort, and money, just to save a few dollars. I am not the only one facing false consequences, it’s all over Twitter. Do your job. Resorting to AI to make your problems go away, you are not better than @PlayWarframe and @Fortnite. This being said, thank you @WarframeExposed and @RiotK3o for your attempts to help, unfortunately there’s not much someone can do when a company is so broken. I hope more people make the move, but until then, it’s been a journey, and I do hope to see improvement from Riot Games. See you at the next CS2 Major. @vultfps ❤️

@RiotK3o can you please look into my case I’ve been trying for a long time to get a hold of a riot dev and my only response has been super vague. My game says that I’ve been permanently suspended for using third party tools when I’ve never cheated in my life. ambrosius#suckr

He was trying to say that you were banned for repeated offenses, and the third party tools labeling for the ban was incorrect. Basically you got perma'd for everything else you've been banned for in the past up till now, I can only assume for voice/text chat. And that very last one was manual. (it's dumb I know) and you've been banned for things other ppl said. If I were you I'd try sending mail to one of Riot's locations explaining the whole thing. TOS states you have the right to an appeal so I don't think they could / or should refuse. AI generated messages don't count.

@ItsGamerDoc why after a month of persistently trying to contact you do I receive an extremely vague response with no real clarification and then you ghost me? What was the reason for my ban if it wasn’t for cheating? Repeated offenses of what?

@ItsGamerDoc Going through riot support is not something that is possible as is proven through me and everybody else who is falsely banned by Vanguard. They do not look into your case no matter what! There has to be somebody else that can help without going through the riot support website

They should really stop. It's losing them money. Like even when I get unbanned, that new rogue vandal is pretty sick, but I'm gonna think thrice before buying it bc I know how they treat the playerbase. Do I really wanna support a game that neglects players, and hand out permanent and 1 year bans like candy? Do I wanna support a game that uses AI support agents that instantly close your tickets? I don't think so. So maybe I'll just stick to picking em off the ground until Riot starts providing better support for banned players.
