@RiotK3o can you please look into my case I’ve been trying for a long time to get a hold of a riot dev and my only response has been super vague. My game says that I’ve been permanently suspended for using third party tools when I’ve never cheated in my life. ambrosius#suckr

@ItsGamerDoc you told me that the reason for my ban was incorrect and that you would have the ban reason corrected to the real reason however it’s been 48 hours and it still says that I’m banned for third party tools I would appreciate it if the reason for my ban could be updated

my temperature was 100 last night and because of everything else going horribly wrong with my body I was on the verge of going to urgent care when I woke up but it's back down to 96.7 now. Spent last night curled in a fetal position withering in pain until I just passed out.

@ItsGamerDoc why after a month of persistently trying to contact you do I receive an extremely vague response with no real clarification and then you ghost me? What was the reason for my ban if it wasn’t for cheating? Repeated offenses of what?

@mramnisan @Love4Dropix @RiotSupport Why is it only after a player report that we get banned? It's like after that it just scans your whole pc to find an excuse to ban you lol. You would think it would be right away or within the first hour if there's truly hacks sitting right there the whole time.

Behold the grand display of incompetence from @RiotSupport This is my 9th ticket trying to get them to address my false ban issued by Vanguard. Many of us have been speaking our about these bans yet we are ignored. Any human would CLEARLY SEE no cheats used upon reviewing my logs and gameplay. It's only getting worse, more and more false bans are being issued and the support system is nonexistent besides whatever this ChatGPT, copy-pasted nonsense is. Players that receive these false bans usually end up leaving the game forever, or just never supporting the game ever again, as Riot is proving that they can't be trusted. Why would anyone buy skins and stack an account to over 1k value when Vanguard can tweak out and ban them for cheats, all while their skill is built from the ground up? This is a direct insult to the very players that support your game @VALORANT, you dare ban OUR accounts with OUR ranked progress, thousands of hours, thousands of dollars spent and we're getting banned by an automated AI system with no human input? Guess what? Customer support is also 99% AI, so good luck getting unbanned! My patience is running thin, and I've only been banned for a week. I know players from comments in my other posts that have been banned for months and still haven't gotten in contact with a human dev! Unacceptable! For those of us that are banned, keep posting, let @riotgames know that they've screwed up. They need to get rid of this AI trash and employ a team of HUMAN log reviewers that can unban players within the support system. We shouldn't have to make these posts and send mail to Riot HQ just to get some help from a human dev!!!

@mramnisan No wasn't falsely banned for that reason I asked the issuer to correct the ban messaging human error but ban is correctly placed

@ItsGamerDoc do you not look into false bans from valorant? I’ve tagged multiple times and haven’t got any response. I see you in all the cheater accusation posts that I see and you ban those players. Do you only deal with those types of issues or something? asking politely

@ItsGamerDoc And if I wasn’t banned for cheating why when I went to riot support was I told multiple times after every single one of my tickets that my account was banned for cheating? Wow that just proves that they don’t look into it.

@ItsGamerDoc Going through riot support is not something that is possible as is proven through me and everybody else who is falsely banned by Vanguard. They do not look into your case no matter what! There has to be somebody else that can help without going through the riot support website

@ItsGamerDoc Pls dude why do I get a vague response? It’s been almost a month of relentlessly trying to get ahold someone and the first thing I hear from a rioter is something this vague and it doesn’t even add up to the reason given for the ban

@mramnisan You were banned outside of our department for repeated offense that lead into a hardware ban so I can not help you

@ItsGamerDoc Do you not know what I was banned for? On my account ambrosius#suckr it sad I was using third party tools to gain an unfair advantage. Was the account not falsely banned for that reason?

It's so weird that it seems like they haven't accounted for it at all. Even if only 0.004% of players were false banned, with the millions of players that could easily be a large amount of players neglected or better example, if 3% all of bans were false, that's still people being ignored that didn't cheat, getting treatment as if they did with no real help.

Wow so high elo is just overrun by cheaters but us innocent players get the false ban by vanguard, okay then. 🤣 @RiotSupport yall needa get on this ASAP
