Very #PoorService from @currys - engineer visit scheduled for 14:30 - 18:30 to install new fridge. They arrived early at 1.15pm and said they couldn't remove the old one because ' mastic is holding it in'. I ran a knife around to break mastic seal and had fridge out in 15 mins

Now @currys are saying they cannot return till w3rd December. Shocking service @BBCWatchdog #PoorService #CustomerService #CustomerExperience #CustomerSupport

When I called customer services at 14.22 I was advised that they couldn't return because they have finished work. What happened yo them working till 18.30?

Just watched @FourInABed11 and couldn't believe how Nerani from @TheCasterbridge underpaid every single competitor, saying how high her standards were when we saw first hand on camera that her cleanliness was very poor. Disgusting result - the others were robbed. #FourInABed
