my insane next door neighbor had my gardener cut back a tree at the edge of my property. the foliage was creating privacy between our houses, and now there are just ugly bare branches and a view of her house out my window.
i think she did this because the tree was dropping flowers on her driveway, but i’m not sure the branches were actually over the property line. she also has an identical tree on her property that drops tons of flowers on her driveway.
she never asked me if she could use my gardener’s time this way, so that seems like an obvious violation. but i’m also wondering if it’s illegal for her to do things to the tree at all given that it’s on my property?

@MetamateDaz The business model where the value of the land is raising faster than they care to maintain it. They're going to sell in 5-10 years for a 3-5x profit. Your lease is just an annoyance to keep track of.

Yeah, you can specify as many frames as you want and their insertion frame. It's still sort of up to the model how it transitions between them, but it gives you much more flexibility
As for clips, I've had luck with taking end/start frames and blending them a bit, but still not a magic bullet

The reason I get all uppity about things like snacks, screens, water bottles is this constant stimulation for kids is quite literally and obviously making kids who are in significant cognitive decline relative to previous generations. There is boatloads of research on this!

This is an ongoing problem across all five boroughs of NYC—and people are fed up.
The level of inconsideration is unreal. This ambulance had a wide-open spot to pull into, but instead chose to block the entire street like nobody else matters.
And let’s be real—it’s not just ambulances. Garbage trucks are notorious for this too. Same move, different day—hold up traffic, cause chaos, and keep it pushing like it’s normal.
