Can one specify pretty arbitrary times for start/end frame generations now? Maybe I'm only used to the gated APIs that do 4/8 seconds.
Also wonder if there's already models that can do start/end CLIPS, such that movement timing matches the flow instead of the herky jerky of stitched clips.

The reason I get all uppity about things like snacks, screens, water bottles is this constant stimulation for kids is quite literally and obviously making kids who are in significant cognitive decline relative to previous generations. There is boatloads of research on this!

This is an ongoing problem across all five boroughs of NYC—and people are fed up.
The level of inconsideration is unreal. This ambulance had a wide-open spot to pull into, but instead chose to block the entire street like nobody else matters.
And let’s be real—it’s not just ambulances. Garbage trucks are notorious for this too. Same move, different day—hold up traffic, cause chaos, and keep it pushing like it’s normal.

I think anything that solves the problem of "welfare cliffs" would improve efficiency over such downstream effects. Any variety of Negative Income Tax like Milton Friedman suggested, perhaps expanding EITC, etc.
As far as politicians pandering to lazy people, that's always been an option, yet we haven't seen people voting themselves a million dollars yet in real life. Maybe that feedback loop gets tightened, but I do think real life politics are quite messier than that, or at least unquantifiable in such a way that it's difficult to reason about.

Also, as it's administered by a government yiu know politicians will buy the lazy people by promising to up UBI.

France spends so much on welfare that if it stoped all welfare programs it could give $25,000/y to everyone (incl. kids) without raising taxes.
That’s close to the French median income!
Really goes to show how inefficient the current welfare/public services system is.

The U.S. could literally do $20,000/y UBI today without raising taxes if there were no other forms of welfare. If you discarded every program except military/infrastructure/law enforcement/debt repayment, the U.S. federal government would have $20,000 left per adult to spend.

Whether or not the political will exists to enforce that is a different matter

Also, again, it is less inefficiency and more the bottom 10% draining the whole fund by lounging in the safety net with zero accountability.
