@CrossCountryUK I submitted a delay repay claim on 21/10 for issues and delays I had getting to Sheffield from Bristol. I was booked on the 1.35 from Temple Meads but Storm Babet caused issues that day and the next. I got back 24h later but haven't heard a thing about my refund

@CrossCountryUK The app said it would be quicker to change at Cheltenham. Which it would have been, if the Cardiff train from Cheltenham wasn't delayed. And then stopped at Gloucester while they moved everyone into the front half of the train. You've had a shocker this evening @CrossCountryUK .

@CrossCountryUK can you please tell me what's happening with the 16:43 York to Plymouth train? I'm trying to get home to Newport, but we're still crawling through Rotherham. No train manager to ask and no announcements. We appear to be an hour late. What's my best option please?

@CrossCountryUK I upgraded to first class on the 17.15 Reading-Manchester train and as it's advertised with complementary food and drink, I didn't buy any food or drink at the station for the 3h15 journey. I've now been told that there is no food on board #hungry 🙁

What I love so much about @CrossCountryUK is how they can take a five-minute delay due to crew being late at Plymouth, and then increase it exponentially from station to station. A tricky skill, well honed.

@CrossCountryUK Can you assist please, I have a ticket I've purchased twice because your systems have failed during the transactions I've repeated the purchase. Found out later that the first ticket purchase went through, so I have 2 tickets for the same train? Thank you

NEW: Due to an object being caught on the overhead electric wires Leeds - Wakefield Westgate all lines are blocked. Ticket acceptance is in place with LNER, Northern, TPE and Grand Central via any reasonable route. Further information & train alterations > journeycheck.com/crosscountry/

The return journey is almost as bad. 2 hours standing from Birmingham to Sheffield before finally getting a seat. I have spent more time standing on overcrowded @CrossCountryUK trains than at the event I was travelling to attend.

@CrossCountryUK you have cancelled my train tomorrow from Doncaster to Oxford and said to use it on another service that day but you’ve cancelled the only remaining options? Now I have a train to Doncaster that I can’t use what is the solution as there are no services running?

.@CrossCountryUK how is it safe to even allow your trains to get to this point? people stood in the passages BETWEEN carriages because platform staff were insistent on forcing people on to an already over capacity train. the 10:30 service from COV to MAN

@CrossCountryUK You strike again with poor service. Bkd a seat, 4 health reasons as always on your 11.33 STF to ManPic. Get on to find seat displayed as 'available' but occupied by a passenger with reservation of SAME SEAT frm Bham. Who gets it, the one who booked it 1st? Useless
