As someone who supports all races, religions, and identities, I find the below impossible to ignore. The Star of David was missing from the Israeli flag at London’s fireworks display and @MayorofLondon has said absolutely nothing publicly to properly explain it or further present an inquiry to investigate. If this was genuinely a ‘technical error’, where is the evidence? Where are the test runs, the visuals, the logs, the accountability? Instead, we get silence, and silence from someone in this position is not neutral. It signals bias, whether intended or not. A Mayor of London does not get to pick and choose which communities deserve clarity. If you can’t lead without agenda, you shouldn’t be leading at all. London deserves answers. London deserves better. #LondonFireworks

The word veteran and homeless should never be seen in the same sentence. These men and women give up their home comforts, family and friends at a young age for a completely different environment. They swap familiarity for discipline and the possibility of protecting our country. This veteran deserves a home to call his own and adequate warmth and food. @ShabanaMahmood please make sure this man who was willing to protect our country gets suitable accommodation.
