The Dignity Act sucks. It's amnesty. Rep Salazar couldn't answer even 1 question w/certainty. "How do we vet 17m people? How do they afford to live if they pay taxes? When they can't find jobs do they get free stuff? How do Americans compete w/more foreign labor? What about housing competition? She's a deer in headlight. A must watch/share video.

Add a prevision to end birthright citizenship and make sure it can't be twisted to Democrat interpretation and I could get behind it. Unfortunately, this has almost no chance of happening.
Unless I misunderstand the bill, it bars anyone who entered the country illegally from 2021 on, including after the bills passage, from obtaining legal status. It bars access to most government benefits. It strengthens the borders and laws to prosecute offenders.
People are not taking the time to read it. They unrealistically think at any point we are going to deport 10s of millions of illegal immigrants. That is not happening even under supposed America First Trump.

JUST IN: We're asking Chairman Comer urging him to publicly reaffirm former Attorney General Pam Bondi’s legal obligation to appear for her deposition.
The subpoena requires Pam Bondi to appear for a sworn deposition regarding the Department of Justice’s handling of the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and his associates and compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Bondi’s removal as Attorney General doesn’t erase her obligation to testify and does not end Congressional oversight.
The American people deserve to know whether Congress was misled and whether information about Jeffrey Epstein and his associates is being withheld. Pam Bondi has answers.

There's only one thing that could actually stop us from beating Iran: the fracturing of the American people.
I understand not wanting war. However, we're in one right now. So, I'd prefer to win. Sadly, it seems like a lot of Americans would rather Iran win. And some even seem to agree with the religious zealots in Iran who wake up every day and pray for the destruction of the West. This is LUNACY.

The Dignity Act gets EVEN worse than I thought.
It allows every illegal alien deported by Trump since January 2017 to return to the USA. They can apply for their new "dignity status" from their home country and then return to the USA.

It has now been 267 days….
since the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) first requested Utah's full computerized statewide voter registration list (including all HAVA-required fields) from Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson in a letter dated July 15, 2025.
Utahns have no way to verify the accuracy of their voter rolls. How does this secrecy lend to trust? Utahns deserve verifiable elections.

In June 2024, right after Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson ran and oversaw her own primary election against me, I formally requested Utah's complete voter rolls as a candidate seeking to verify the process. This included rolls before and after the election, plus changes from June 20–28, and even January–February data to crosscheck signatures. I made it clear: this was for legitimate statistical analysis of election integrity, not campaigning, and I would honor confidentiality. Henderson obstructed it, just like she has every other request for transparency. Utah's elections stay shrouded in secrecy because she stonewalls access under "confidentiality" excuses, blocking full verification of our system. This is the same pattern from 2021 denials and now her 2026 DOJ lawsuit for withholding voter data from federal authorities. If our elections are truly secure and honest, why hide the records? Why refuse oversight? Shockingly, not one Utah GOP elected official has called out Deidre Henderson for this blatant obstruction of election records and transparency. Silence from the party that claims to champion integrity speaks volumes. Utahns deserve the full truth. No more excuses, no more secrecy. Transparency builds trust; obstruction breeds doubt. Time to demand real accountability. Let's keep fighting for it. 🇺🇸

BREAKING: @UtahArchives Records Director Lonny Pehrson has refused to schedule an appeal hearing for the missing portions of the audio released by the @UtahAG (Fall 2024, meeting with the @LGHendersonUtah where they colluded to maintain the cover-up that @GovCox did not meet the legal threshold to appear on the ballot).
👨⚖️ The purpose of an appeal is set forth in Utah Code §63G-2-402: At the hearing, the director shall allow the parties to testify, present evidence, and comment on the issues; and may allow other interested persons to comment on the issues….The director's review shall be de novo, if the appeal is an appeal from a decision of a chief administrative officer …
⚖️ Nevertheless, Pehrson refused to schedule a hearing in order to protect his former boss, @UtahAG Chief Deputy Daniel Burton – thus, denying me the right "to testify, present evidence ..." as set forth in GRAMA.

Amnesty is a free pass. It is what exists now.
With the DIGNITY Act, you come forward, you face the law, you pass background checks, you pay what you owe, and you earn your place or you get deported.
Criminals? Gone.
American workers? Protected.
Our national security depends on it. Our economy demands it. Our communities need it. And yes, our faith calls us to do this the right way, with order and accountability.
That’s enforcement. That’s DIGNITY.
Calling this amnesty is a lie that keeps a broken system alive and Americans paying the price.

🚨Can we stop the dangerous anti-farmer water whopper that farmers use 80% of Utah's water?
State water officials say 92% of Utah's water is used by trees, rangeland, and open water bodies. So It's not the farmers after all.
Statewide Water Context:
Utah receives an average of about 61.3 million acre-feet of precipitation annually across the entire state. Natural systems (including forests, rangelands, wetlands, and open water bodies) account for the vast majority of this, roughly 92% or ~56.9 million acre-feet ,through ET and other processes. Human diversions (mostly for agriculture ~75% of diverted water, plus municipal/industrial) total only about 4.8 million acre-feet per year.

🚩Utahns can’t eat political spin… Paying our farmers not to feed us to bail out California's failures? That's not leadership, that's lunacy. 445,000 Utahns are now food insecure, up nearly 100,000 in just one year, including one in five of our children. Why? Bad policy. We're paying Utah farmers not to grow food. We're forcing them to fallow productive fields just to ship water to California, a state that tore down its own dams and reservoirs. Utah farmers feed our families. It's time to end the war on farm water, stop vilifying them, and support real agriculture again. We have the land, the water, and the ability. We just need common-sense leaders who put Utah first.
