@safecooks @Dexerto Stealing NYC property is illegal. Dumping loads of trash is illegal. If your employer saw you on the news or make rounds via social media moving crazy like that, be sure that the odds of you getting removed are high. Employers don’t want that baggage to trail back to them.

She should sue. She didn’t represent the company at all while doing this. People took it upon themselves to find her. Being terminated for behavior outside of the workplace, without any branding on her, should be illegal. Who tf are you to say I can’t take a trash can during the most important time in sports in New York.

Important Distinction from Battery It is a common misconception that physical contact is required. An assault involves no physical contact, whereas a battery involves actual unwanted touching or striking. If the aggressive posturing includes a shove, it transitions into battery. If the situation involves domestic relations, it may also fall under the Florida Statute § 741.28 definition of domestic violence.

@ace_v3 @JamesTheMuttz I have a feeling if someone is planning on buying this they have a console, in turn means they have a controller and steam supports the big three. Sure you can invest in a PC but you're gonna have to spend a bit more than Steam Machine for a good budget PC

I keep seeing people complain about the price, so I’m throwing in my two cents: I dunno if you knew this, but.. IT IS A PC!! It’s not a console, it’s far more powerful than that, and far cheaper than literally most pre-built gaming PCs. Hecc, it’s about $200 cheaper than what my hand-built was, and that PC’s 7 years old now! Plus, the Steam Machine can literally be used like a PC, which is incredible! So TL;DR It’s a super affordable PC that’s roughly the size of the GameCube (if not smaller), not an overpriced console. If you say otherwise, I’m gonna cry I swear. Also: it not including a controller? Yeah, because it’s a PC and (presumably) assumes you have a mouse and keyboard already and maybe a controller. Don’t have a controller but want to play with one? Go to Goodwill and get a wired Logitech one for like $12, it’ll treat you well I promise. That’s my rant for the year, love y’all 💖🥰

@MinhMan_ @JamesTheMuttz Even if consoles are selling at a loss, how many ppl r willing to instantly shell out a grand & then spend extra on a controller, cheap or not. If ppl r going to do that and not even get a controller with it, might as well invest in a pc at this point imo. That $ pt is daunting.

Perfect example of someone letting their emotions control their actions. She made a post, I replied, and she didn’t like my response. Instead of addressing what I said, she came into my inbox wishing harm on me and hoping I get “choked out.” It is always the same type of woman. High-caloried, bitter and a single mother . A simple disagreement online turned into personal attacks and threats because accountability was too uncomfortable. What’s even more concerning is that she has a daughter watching how she handles conflict. My reply didn’t warrant that level of anger. When people can’t defend their position, they often resort to insults, threats, and personal attacks. Accountability all 2026.
