@BirderGinger Different camera, but my official Sony batteries always last longer than the cheap knock offs I also have despite being older. Seem to hold charge better when not in camera too. They do a job though.

Can anyone give advice regarding camera batteries,,misplaced charger and battery for my Sony RX10iv ,,got new charger and batteries for £30 of Amazon,,cheap cheap,,have been advised batteries will be rubbish and probably not last long,Sony want £50 ..Hanel £31 ,any advice????

@CandDASoc Well you have to make something out of the fly rod blanks that don’t pass quality control!!

4 year old Alex wants to catch his first fish tomorrow. I’ve decided it’s going to be on a river but what should we target?

He’s overruled the majority and has his heart set on a Trout. Hopefully we can manage that this avo.

@BirderGinger I’m in the gudgeon club too… had a feeling Perch might win. Not an easy task on my chosen river but we’ll try!

@adsrawson First fish I ever caught was a gudgeon,but usually all we ever caught was eels remember catching my first perch at Bristol Lido and was the most beautiful fish awesome colours,,

Huge caterpillar spotted in the garden... Hawk moth of some sort maybe, but struggling to find exactly which one... Any ideas? #ukmoths
