@Maverik I stopped at the Urbandale @kumandgo off Douglas exit. By far the cleanest and most organized store I’ve ever seen (and I’m in these a lot!) Kudos to Troy working the counter - he’s keeping a clean ship! But I do miss paying for fuel on the app during the winter!

@StubHub having trouble with an order. Got an email I needed to update app to retrieve my tix, that tix were ready in Ballpark app, updated app, still error on tickets, not in BP app. Deleted and reinstalled. Still error. Tried web browser - says tickets are still processing.

@westelm is it possible to check on an order shipment beyond what shows up in customer tracking? The tracking number just tells me it’s been sitting at a loading dock in North Kansas City for the last week… 😬

@AppleSupport recently got the iPhone 15 Pro Max and all of my photos are blurry and grainy. Tried turning the Live off and that didn’t help. Is it just this particular phone & I should ask @VerizonSupport for a trade? Is it all 15s?? Is it a setting issue? Please help!!

@MarriottBonvoy I have 2 member numbers but can’t get a password reset to send. Keeps giving me an error. I received an email telling me to check in and when I try as a guest with the number emailed to me, it says no reservation found. Your digital customer experience is painful.

@VIZIO is there a way to have two Vizio TVs in the same room but get them to only recognize their remote? Every time I try to adjust one, it changes the other too.
