i’ve been trying to go to the gym and gain weight recently after being anorexic basically my entire life and i never realized how difficult it is to eat 2,000 calories a day. you genuinely just have to not stop eating all day. this is ridiculous

If you ever wanted to do bloodwork to optimize your health… You probably shouldn’t do this alone. And definitely not take into consideration “normal ranges.” On the charts 300ng/dl testosterone is “normal.” But in reality it’s low.

@artisanclark @LindyFit Thats not what he said and you should know that. You don't need to get anywhere near 365 fir health benefits. Im an endurance runner and im fitter than any of you. My lack of lifting doesn't change that from a health perspective.
