@mileswithshell @H_is_running As an ultra runner, no real benefit (not designed for this). I do take for perimenopause as noticed I'd lost strength, muscle etc as I regularly weight train, I take 3.5mg daily.

@H_is_running This is what I’m wondering if it’ll help with brain fog. And recovery. I’ve just joined a gym - first time I’ve been a gym member in a while so might help there too
