@grok For the Eemian can you confirm: This is the previous interglacial to the current Holocene? That models indicate a Summer ice free Arctic? That the Greenland ice sheet lost 1,300 ft and Summer temperatures were over 14 F higher at NEEM? That for the Antarctic WAIS retreated significantly and may have collapsed? That all of this lead to a 20-30 ft sea level rise compared to today? That this is not at all unique and interglacial MIS 11 shows even more pronounced polar and global wide ice reductions with sea level 40+ ft compared to today?

@WallStreetMav I did an analysis on this, and if Biden hadn't paused the permitting process we would have right now today an addition 3-8 Bcf/d output. To put that in context the 17% loss of Qatari LNG for the next 3-5 years in 1.8 Bcf/d.

Back in January 2024, the Biden Administration froze all permits for LNG (liquified natural gas) export terminals. There was about 19 billion cubic feet PER DAY of construction under development. It all basically died because of govt refusal to move forward on the permits, despite court orders forbidding the government from cancelling the process. Trump reversed that and pushed for development and construction in January 2025. But it takes time for construction and the Biden delay caused the USA and Europe to lose that critical additional supply.

@JessicaTarlov They still think Trump is going to actually tell them what the plan is, and because he feeds them BS to use them as useful idiots, that means there is no plan.

This is a mess. The goalposts around what “Operation Epic Fury” is going to accomplish are moving constantly to accommodate whoever is in front of the cameras. Trump claiming that we didn’t expect Iran to retaliate doesn’t hold up. Iran warned the UN weeks earlier, and experts flagged the risk before the strikes. You can debate whether the decision to go to war was right or wrong. But the idea that Iran’s response—or threats like closing the Strait of Hormuz—came out of nowhere just isn’t supported by the evidence. And now we’re paying for our hubris.

Bad news for Iran's Strait of Hormuz boat driving saboteurs as I told Charlie Hurt. The A-10 Warthogs are hunting them. "The last thing some of those guys see before they become oil slicks is Brrrrrrrttt coming down on them"

@Osint613 I don't think the plan to phase into clearing and preparing to open the Hormuz was expected to happen until week 4-5.

Quick last thought before I go to sleep. As of now, the Islamic regime is still holding leverage, choking the Strait of Hormuz and putting global energy flows under pressure, with traffic nearly frozen and oil markets rattled U.S. and Israel knew this was coming. A Hormuz disruption was always the predictable move. If you think this ends here, you are misreading the board. Something is building, and when it comes, it will be powerful. It’s now the U.S. move.

ARG TRANSIT: Likely spot of the USS New Orleans Mar 19 imagery caught a San Antonio-class LPD operating ~109 km North of Banda Aceh (6.545, 95.538), right on the edge of the satellite pass. Based on the last known AIS ping, and speed of the USS Tripoli (19 knots on her last AIS ping), this is almost certainly the USS New Orleans (LPD-18). The ARG is officially clearing the Strait of Malacca.

@Osint613 @grok can you analyze the video and comment on the perfect unison between the targeting reticle and the targeted aircraft silhouette and the fact that the silhouette never changes shape at all? Does that indicate real or fake?

Iranian regime releases footage claiming its air defense hit a U.S. F-35. According to CNN the plane landed safely, this video shows a different story and I am on the assumption it is FAKE.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has release a statement, accompanied by video footage, which claims to show the targeting of an American F-35A/B Lightning ll with a surface-to-air missile in the skies over Iran. This claim by the IRGC follows reports that a F-35 was damaged and forced to make an “emergency landing” at an air base in the Middle East due to hostile fire over Iran.

@zerohedge What others have said, plus refined products are traded globally so would have done nothing for actual prices at the pump possibly even increasing them since it would widen the WTI Brent spread. This was always just an attempt at market manipulation.

Without the Biden Administration's regulatory pause on US LNG delaying numerous projects, we would be ahead right now by 3-8 Bcf/d. In context the 17% Qatari LNG loss for the next 3-5 years is 1.8 Bcf/d.

Dear Kathy Hochul, Thanks to some kind and benevolent conservatives, I was able to learn what a computer is and type this out to you. I had to resist the urge to stop at a liquor store while sitting and learning, but I made it. Anyway, back in 2022, you made comments where you urged conservatives to leave New York and go to Florida. We did. We took our money with us as well, because that’s how those things work. Now you want us back? Nah… See, you’re in the “FO” stage of “FAFO.” It’s pretty glorious to behold. Good luck with all your social justice programs without the capital to fund them. Don’t blame me, I voted for Lee Zeldin. No hugs. Too busy exploring this thing called “grok.” Computers are awesome. Can someone get me a cup of Ripple? Zeek
Based Jessica@RealJessica

New York Gov Kathy Hochul is begging wealthy people who have moved to Florida and Texas to come back to New York and pay taxes. 🤣 "I need people who are high net worth to support the generous social programs that we want to have in our state. Now, there are some patriotic millionaires who stepped up. OK, cut me the checks if you want to be supportive, but maybe the first step should be go down to Palm Beach and see who you can bring back home." "I have to look at the fact that we are in competition with other states who have less of a tax burden on their corporations and their individuals. And I would say remote work changed everything." "There were people who could only work in an office in Manhattan and work in New York state. And they were captives to our state, they were going to stay. We saw that that's not the case. Wall Street businesses looking at Texas, they're not going there because they have a nicer governor. They're going there because of the tax rate."

@Faytuks Not true. The strike on March 2nd halted LNG production and caused Qatar Energy to declare force majeure on contracts. It's been shut down since. These new strikes added damage, but it was already damaged long ago well before Israel hit S Pars.

The Strait of Hormuz was supposed to end Trump’s presidency. Iran blocked it. Oil spiked. Gas prices surged. The plan was simple… crush the American worker with inflation until the political pressure forced a retreat. But the trap inverted. The oil market has fractured into two tiers. $100 in America. $150 in Asia. China, India, Japan, South Korea… the nations that refused to send warships when Trump asked… are now paying 50% more per barrel than the country that launched the war. Demand destruction has started across Asia. Schools closing. Workers sent home. Petrol pumps running dry in Southeast Asia. Meanwhile American refineries are actually increasing output, running on light sweet crude that never touches Hormuz. Trump told them to help open the Strait. Every single one refused. NATO said it wasn’t their war. China negotiated selective passage from a destroyed regime. Japan declined. Australia declined. Now the Strait is doing to them what it was designed to do to Trump.

What have I been saying for three weeks?! (Yes three) IDC what the price of oil climbs to, as long as it remains global. The real danger is it starts to fracture between nations and regions.

@zerohedge This is truth. US can take out Kharg Island anytime it wants. We are still less than 3 weeks into this and any attempt to open the Strait wasn't going to happen until week 4-5. So Kharg Island has a definite shelf life.
