The tile, the Baltic brown granite, the dark cabinets, the Monterey drag wall texture and rounded corners and they’re huge, so the $$ are near a million and all every house needs an update. Spoke to a friend today, he’s been renting a place for 8 years, paying $1,125/mo. Landlord emailed him tells him he wants $1,725/mo and if he doesn’t like it he can move out. I told him to email the landlord back and tell him to check the rules.
