Those that are saying ACL injuries are due to ‘q angle’ or ‘wide hips’ or any other single factor. Give your head a shake. It’s so much more complicated than that.

I’ve integrated @OpenAI and @midjourney_ai into my innovation consulting. I’m a week into my first project with this new system and it has leveled up my design thinking process from definition to ideation by at least 2x!!

#Mindflip: Instead of feeling threatened by AI, consider how it can enhance what you're already doing. Especially those things you don't want to do, but have to.

@selenavidya Now, I wish I kept it! My parents owned a hot dog shop when I was little, and they kept Asteroids! I think we left it in the garage when we moved (during high school).

Did you have a favorite game to play in the arcade when you were little? I always met friends at our local arcade and we played Tekken, and Tekken tag. Arcade owner would turn off the coin requirement so we could free play. I was a monster bc of that.

@chiropractic For convergent tasks, I like using @BrainfmApp. For divergent tasks, it depends on the work, but I generally like to experience some kind of background noise.

@hubermanlab Yes! Where the supersystem of life is based on patterns, the circadian pattern is the most fundamental!

All aspects of human health are eroded by deviating from healthy circadian behaviors. Conversely, early day sunlight, movement, bright light all day, and minimal light at night and sleep improve all disease outcomes and health metrics in the healthy. It’s non-negotiable.

@neilstrauss Cognitive empathy is putting yourself in the other person’s shoes. Emotional empathy is understanding what it’s like for them to walk in their shoes.

Have you heard about the enteric nervous system (ENS)? This is the “brain” in your gut. Around 90% of your serotonin receptors are located in your gut. Good diet = Good mood
Dave Feldman@realDaveFeldman

Take it from someone who does an insane amount of N=1 experiments around diet: What you eat affects your brain. Next time you assume, retroactively, that you were in a bad mood and that's why you ate poorly -- consider your eating poorly can also contribute to your bad mood.
