They also can't tell me what the reason is for the auto-freeze, and just shared the TOS page, so that's my assumption. Ahrefs has been my tool of choice for years. I even have a personal account alongside our agency one. Neither experienced this issue before. Anyone else has this happen?

Lol. @ahrefs has auto frozen my account every day, for the past three days, because I'm doing extensive KWD research and it flagged me as a bot. Their solution was 'reduce the workload' Love Ahrefs - but losing three days with no help on a $449/month account is pretty ridic.
