Official Statement to the Crypto Community Regarding the GoldDiggers Marketing Partnership with Evolve Dear Community, Transparency and accountability are fundamental principles in Web3. In the spirit of these values, we believe it is important to openly address a matter concerning the partnership between GoldDiggers Marketing and the team behind Evolve Global Technologies Corp. regarding the Evolve Pro (@EvolveTKN ) project. On May 9th, 2025, GoldDiggers Marketing entered into a marketing partnership agreement with the @EvolveTKN team. Our role was to support the growth, marketing, and community development of the ecosystem. Over the following months, our team contributed significantly to the visibility, engagement, and exposure of the project. This included collaborations and ecosystem exposure through partners such as: @RWAwatchlist_ @rwa_io @BSCNews These collaborations helped the project gain substantial visibility within the Web3 and RWA ecosystem. As part of the partnership agreement, a token allocation was agreed upon in exchange for the marketing services provided by GoldDiggers Marketing. After discussions with the team, Evolve leadership confirmed a structured process and timeline for this allocation. The communicated process was as follows: • A new escrow contract would be created • 5% of the tokens would be deposited into that contract • Our wallet would be attached to the escrow contract • The tokens would become withdrawable after a 6-month lock period The officially communicated release date for this allocation was: 📅 April 14th, 2026 At the time, we accepted this structure in good faith as a compromise and a professional way to move forward. ⚠️ Recent Development However, on March 28th, 2026, less than three weeks before the agreed release date, we were informed that the allocation had been cancelled entirely, despite the previous agreement and confirmation of the escrow structure. To maintain transparency with the community, we will be providing documented evidence and supporting materials demonstrating the agreements, timelines, and communications referenced in this statement. GoldDiggers Marketing has always operated with transparency, and we do not make accusations without verifiable proof. Our community and long-term partners can attest to this. During the course of this situation, additional concerns have emerged regarding the credibility and transparency of the individuals behind the project. We encourage community members and investors to conduct their own research (DYOR) regarding the identities and representations made by individuals leading the Evolve project. Our findings suggest that the individual publicly presenting himself as “David”, associated with the project, may in fact be Lauries Suarez, ( @Lauriesuarez71 ) and we will be sharing supporting materials for the community to review. Anyone who requires further evidence or clarification is welcome to contact us directly. Over the past several months, our team made multiple attempts to resolve this matter privately and professionally through direct communication with Evolve leadership. Unfortunately, these efforts did not result in the agreement being honored. This announcement is not intended to create unnecessary conflict, but rather to ensure: • Transparency for the community • Accountability regarding agreements • Protection for users and investors As a result of these developments, GoldDiggers Marketing is no longer working with the Evolve project. GoldDiggers Marketing has collaborated with 500+ Web3 projects over the past six years, consistently delivering results in marketing, growth, and community building. Our partners and community members know that integrity and transparency are core values of our work. Partnerships in Web3 are built on trust and accountability. When agreements are made with clear timelines and procedures, those commitments should be respected.
