@MaximumADHD People have always requested a Darkness remake, TMMX is at a point where it's just content updates. Maybe he just fancied a new project? Horror is a popular genre right now.

In any case, I'm going to keep my head down and keep working at my own pace on this. If it takes longer for me to release than him, so be it. At least I won't be harming myself to meet arbitrary deadlines.

I'm not going to be too salty about loleris making a new Darkness game but it's interesting that he's doing this after the attention I got from announcing The Stalker 2. He's also saying that it'll be done in 2-3 weeks, so make of that what you will.

@CheekyVisuals it's actually a really nice feature once used to it, right click and scroll is what adjusts the camera speed

whoever made studio stop zooming in when u scroll while moving around and instead change your camera speed needs to be fired
