"One Little Bird flew to that mountain top area and rescued the WSO and brought him back to the landing strip. And of course the two C-130s' nose gears got stuck in the dirt. @lauferlaw Do you know what a free market is? It means as oil prices go up for some countries, they go up for all countries involved in the free market. And oil and LNG aren't the only things going way up in price. Fertilizer is also affected.

So many triggered by this post. It’s clear this is the first time there’s ever been an issue of traversing the strait or any type of oil embargo impacting the world economy. The planet shouldn’t be held hostage to the arbitrary and capricious actions of the Iranian regime. America developed fracking tech and is a net exporter of fossil fuels. Perhaps the rest of the word should follow suit.

at the current pace, I believe the national average price of gasoline could rise to $4.25-$4.45/gal in the next two weeks with diesel rising to $5.80-$6.05/gal, which could be record setting. not ready to predict record gas prices- but it may not be far off.

@OnTheBlack26 @GasBuddyGuy "Fear mongering"? Brother, gasoline and diesel prices trail oil prices and WTI (West Texas) has jumped 10% and now exceeds Brent (UK) oil prices (whereas, before, Brent was way over WTI). An average of $4.45/gallon would be in line with the jump in oil price.
