@bryan_johnson Thanks for publishing blueprint, it's great. I read that your VO2 Max is 58.7 and that's top 1.5% of 18 year olds. My research suggests that top 5% of 20-29 year olds is 66.3. Example reference researchandrun.com/blog/friend-eq… Am I missing something? Is it lower below 20?

Early May my @Airbnb host claimed damages. I explained we didn't cause the damage. The claim was referred to @Airbnb. Then @Airbnb confirmed that I was not required to pay. Suddenly after a month, I get another email from @Airbnb telling me I need to pay damages. What to do?

@chmac We have not received any news of the 10:10 being delayed and expect it to sail on time. The 18:00 sails between Monday to Saturday so is going today. This specific sailing awaits the bus from Craignure if the Port are advised before 16:00 if there be a delay with it.

@chmac I'm afraid it's not possible to charge direct from solar, the van needs a minimum of 1.4 kilowatts at 240V AC to charge, charging up some sort of power bank from solar which can supply this is probably the best option

@glynhudson Just saw your ecamper video, epic! Your points about power, heating and AC have sold me, time to swap the T4 for an e-van. The open energy monitoring is also super neat.
