Went to pickup my NP thyroid medication like I do every 3 months for the last 10 years. New pharmacist. She acted like I was trying to refill Percocet or Oxy. “Why NP?” Me: “Versus Synthroid or Levo? Because T4 only medications are poison for many of us.” For a minute I thought she wasn’t going to fill it, and I’d be on some randos TikTok for losing my mind ON my birthday no less . She then prints this out, and asks me if I’d like immunizations, because I’m “not up-to-date.” “I’m in a huge hurry; can I get them all at once?” And this Gen Z pharmacist…without missing a beat, says “absolutely.” I just grabbed the form and walked off. @cvspharmacy , you need to train your people better. And why the high turnover rate at your pharmacies? Unbelievable.

The statements made by President Trump on Truth Social regarding the Pope were entirely inappropriate and disrespectful. They don’t contribute at all to a constructive conversation. It is the Pope’s prerogative to articulate Catholic doctrine and the principles that govern the moral life. In regard to the concrete application of those principles, people of good will can and do disagree. I would warmly recommend that serious Catholics within the Trump administration–Secretary Rubio, Vice President Vance, Ambassador Brian Burch, and others–might meet with Vatican officials so that a real dialogue can take place. This is far preferable to the statements on social media. I am very grateful for the many ways that the Trump administration has reached out to Catholics and other people of faith. It has been a high honor to serve on the Religious Liberty Commission. No President in my lifetime has shown a greater dedication to defending our first liberty. All that said, I think the President owes the Pope an apology.

I have been fully debriefed by Vice President JD Vance, Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, and Jared Kushner, on the meeting that took place in Islamabad through the kind and very competent leadership of Field Marshal Asim Munir, and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, of Pakistan. They are very extraordinary men, and continuously thank me for saving 30 to 50 million lives in what would have been a horrendous War with India. Trump is playing a long economic game with Iran and he's winning flawlessly. Iran blocked the Strait of Hormuz as a leverage. Trump did not bother to open it, instead he advertised US oil to stranded middle east customers. And to further weaken Iran's leverage on the Strait of Hormuz, Saudi Arabia abandoned the Strait and diverted to their East-West pipeline corridor. And just recently, it was confirmed that empty tankers were headed to the US. As negotiation talks failed in Pakistan, Trump just pulled another card. He's now going to block the Strait of Hormuz by himself. Read that again. The US Navy is going to put a blockade in the Strait of Hormuz, just like Iran. No ship goes out of the Strait of Hormuz and no ship enters the Strait of Hormuz. You don't pay toll fee to Iran and if you do, the US Navy would ban the ship from the Strait. Iran is fast losing their only leverage. Another win-win situation for Donald Trump.

You wanna know something “funny”? Do you know why you get terrorist attacks like 9/11 or 7/7 or October 7 or the massacres of Christians in Africa, but yet you won’t find such attacks in China? It’s not because China is a communist state. It’s because the entire world knows that if China was to face an Islamic terrorist attack killing thousands of innocent women and children, China would totally wipe out the entire country from where the terrorists arrived. There would be no warnings or threats or UN Security Council meetings. China would simply turn any country from where the terrorists came into dust, and the Chinese people would take every Muslim in their country and slaughter them, not even deport them. The Islamists know this clearly, so they wouldn’t even dare to try. But the West? The polar opposite. The instant a terrorist attack would kill thousands of innocent women and children, the western leaders would convene a special committee and condemn anyone who dares to even speak out as Islamophobic. Western tolerance and “morality” isn’t our strength, however much people try to tell you otherwise. It’s our weakness, and it’s the very reason these kinds of attacks happen in the first place. The moment there are clear extreme consequences for such attacks, and I mean extreme to match the barbarity of the attacks themselves, that’s when the attacks and murders and rapes and violence will stop.

Elon Musk: We said our patents are, anyone can use them for free. We only do patents at Tesla to avoid patent trolls causing trouble. So we'll try to look ahead and say, okay, patent trolls are going to try to file patents to block certain things. We'll file patents and then open source the patent, make it free. So in my opinion, we should massively reduce what can be patented because the whole point of patenting is to maximize innovation, not inhibit it. And in my opinion, maybe a controversial opinion, most patents inhibit innovation. They do not help it. But there are cases, I do want to single out cases such as a phase 3 clinical trial that might cost a billion dollars, but then the drugs thereafter cost a few dollars to a manufacturer. And if you can then immediately copy those drugs for a few dollars, no one will pay for the billion dollar phase 3. So you have to address the free rider problem. But other than that, there should be no patents. The ideas are easy. The execution is the hard part. As the old saying goes, it's one percent inspiration, if not less than one percent, and 99 percent perspiration.

And so the economic Berlin Wall goes up. This is where socialism always leads — restricting freedom of movement. And doing so in increasingly draconian ways. Because when given a choice, people will always choose to leave a socialist state. So the socialists will have to resort to progressively harsher measures to prevent people and capital from fleeing their failed experiment. This is nothing new. Every socialist government from the Soviet Union to East Germany to North Korea to Cuba to China has had to place severe restrictions to prevent their population from simply walking away. And now as Democrat states dig deeper and deeper into this same discredited ideology, they will have to construct barriers to restrict people from exercising their freedom to walk away. The following are facts. If anyone disputes these facts please speak up. In march of 2020 we put in a mitigation strategy based on a certain lethality of a virus. By late May we realized the actual virus had a lethality that was 1/500th(not my opinion…facts partially for healthy people ). Grass-finished beef is better for you in a few marginal ways. It has slightly more omega-3s. A bit more CLA. A modestly different fatty acid profile. It is also, if we're being completely honest, often tougher, gamier, and less enjoyable to eat than grain-finished. And the nutritional difference, unless you are eating primarily for those specific compounds, is not going to change your life. The grass-finished movement took something true and turned it into a gate. You can now feel morally and nutritionally inferior for buying the beef that tastes better and costs significantly less. Eat the grain-finished. Enjoy it. Get the protein, the fat, the iron, the creatine. Nobody is losing the health war because their ribeye preferred corn in the last few months.

If Trump is going to spend huge amounts of political capital on something ugly and difficult but necessary, it should be mass deportations of every single illegal alien regardless of age or criminal record, and defying every judge who tries to stop him. That is the kind of war, the kind of risky move with potentially disastrous political ramifications (but maybe not), that I would get behind every step of the way and so would millions of ordinary Americans. It’s an extreme measure that must be done and if Trump doesn’t do it, it’s likely that no one ever will.
