Relentlessly reasonable and rational. Constantly congested. Momentum in sports is a fallacy. Professional gambler since 2004. Suffering fools poorly since 1970.

@Jews4Ye24 I don't think I care to wait another 22 months for the answer to anything you have to say anyway.

@RightWingJerry Near as I can tell it wasn't rigged, although it certainly looks like Joshua took it easy on him for much of the fight. Barely made any effort at all to take him out in the fifth round when he had Paul reeling.

@kdubbsy @misraetel That's probably very true. But outside of the injury risk, why waste the time and energy trying to Lift lighter weight to the point of failure. Proper form should decrease that injury risk as well.

Some folks today think that sets of 3-6 reps grow muscle better than sets of 6-15 reps.
In order to believe this, you have to ignore the consensus of nearly ALL exercise science evidence.
It has been long confirmed and re-confirmed that sets of 5-30 reps cause roughly equivalent gains, so long as they're within 3-4 reps of failure.
English

@DeanTTraining Telling people that four or five sets is stupid and redundant is also shifting the argument. I realize you are trying to be provocative, and I have actually learned a lot from your posts and applied much from them, but there's no reason to some people's training regimen.

@art_is_found Nobody wanted to put you in a camp, dude.

@CharlotteCGill Anyone that uses the term woke is far right.

@MMAJOEYC Other than the fact that nobody said this guy would wreck Jon Jones, this is light sparring at best, perhaps you should take those first three letters off your screen name because you don't seem to know much about MMA.

@lllliatttt Yes, angels typically do say trans and gay people should be stoned to death.
