Amazon has closed my account, cutting off years of Kindle, somehow thinking a former Editor-in-Chief of Reuters would commit a 400 pound fraud over a dodgy return. @AmazonHelp this can't be serious, can it?

@AmazonHelp Yes - making ridiculous allegations. Every time I answer them, they give a different, more ridiculous answer. Happy to do stories with consumer media over this issue if not resolved. Have also written Jeff etal.

We're certainly supporting Apple Silicon, sorry for the confusion. We've been working for a while on a native M1 build which we aim to release in H1 2022. (And agree the responses in the support thread were not ideal -- no need to upvote for this one 😊)

@sandracorcellut Hi - interestingly Regus Hong Kong refuses to give former long-term customer actual name and contact details of someone to escalate issues to. Instead the issues linger and the email chain lengthens. My #1 advice is to make senior execs accountable for service
