Went to Mexico City and our unit was infested with #bedbugs and then when I called customer service I was urged to go to a hotel and that they were going to refund me and compensate the stay as well. The next morning I was told that the rep was wrong.

Airbnb customer service never ceases to make me laugh then cry then puke.

@AirbnbHelp I have already raised the issue and asked for escalation. I have so far been ignored. Not sure what superhost status does, but is certainly doesn’t help!

So @Airbnb superhost support is hot garbage.
I’ve had an Airbnb for 4 years, 4.93 review and a guest with 3 stars and stays came along and got a 35% discount after the lie stay by claiming a big infestation with a picture of a couple of stink bugs. In a log home in Canada.

@bchesky Hi Brian one of our guests got robbed. 2 weeks after still no resolution. I asked a refund because the guest understandably did not want to stay with us any more. After the second week we dealt with the issue ourselves because guest was furious. Asked airbnb to cancel all refund

@bchesky Hope this message find you in good health. Im seeming to have a constant issue. Everytime I create a Airbnb host account & verify my identity it gets terminated even though I’ve never used Airbnb. A sort of wrong identity I’m assuming? Please make this right! this was last resort

@bchesky I learned that ‘Our community relies on honest, transparent reviews. Hosts and guests write reviews once the stay has ended.’ Is a lie @AirbnbHelp need to ask why customer support won’t remove a 1 star unjustified review despite me having 40 almost 5 star reviews (4.95 rated)
