@myogiadityanath ji, आपके नोएडा में बिजली वितरण की स्थिति में सुधार ही नहीं रही। जैसे कि सेक्टर 78 में दिन में 5-7 बार बिजली कटने की आम बात हो गई है और कई दिन इससे भी ज्यादा बार कटी है जिनके लोगों के बिजली के उपकरण खराब हो रहे हैं। ..1/3 @myogioffice

Took a self driven car from @Revv_India for 11 days, car stopped on Day 2, made to wait in the middle of nowhere with family at night for 5.5 hrs before any support arrived!! Car towed, Somehow reached first destination in self-paid taxi... 1/2

During the last week, many passengers faced severe inconvenience due to Indigo’s internal mismanagement of crew rosters, flight schedules and inadequate communication. While the enquiry and necessary actions are underway, another meeting with Indigo’s top management was held to review the stabilization measures.
Today again, @IndiGo6E CEO Pieter Elbers was summoned to the Ministry to provide an update. He confirmed that 100% of the refunds for flights affected till 6th December have been completed. A strict instruction to expedite the completion of the remaining refunds and baggage handover was given.
The Ministry considers it necessary to curtail the overall Indigo routes, which will help in stabilizing the airline’s operations and lead to reduced cancellations. A curtailment of 10% has been ordered. While abiding with it, Indigo will continue to cover all its destinations as before.
Indigo has been instructed to comply with all the directives of the Ministry, including fare capping and passenger convenience measures without any exception.

For ur and general public's attention, a scam being run by @EaseMyTrip. In name of Festive card discounts they keep applying an inflated discount till the last payment step, and on payment deduction reduce it substantially. Pls help & STOP this #SCAM !
It seems every ticket booking platform it out to fool the customer. At @makemytrip, even the "MMT BLACK PLATINUM" customers do not get support for an existing booking on 24x7 Priority customer care, the IVR redirects them to website.. NO OPTION of an agent !! #SHAM#pathetic
And @EaseMyTrip just called me with an offer that they will pay the difference (of Rs 419) but I have to take down my tweet!!!
It is atrocious.. now that they are caught red-handed they are trying to negotiate, rather than accept their mistake !
