@AmazonHelp absolutely appalled at Amazons help when trying to sort out an old account. For such an impressive company your help and technology is sadly lacking in certain areas!

@AmazonHelp I have spent the last 40 minutes speaking to someone and they were the ones who told me they cannot move over from my old email account. I am just going round in circles and find it amazing for a company such as Amazon

@AmazonHelp I had an old account with you which I can no longer access due to the email address no longer being valid after the company closed. Amazon have refused to move all my books, photos etc over to my new acct, have been told it can’t be done
