My hot take on thousands of people being called out and/or fired for their posts of celebration of Charlie Kirk's assassination. You took to your public space to publicly air your opinion. You knew you had a public following. You knew that people would see what you had to say, and you hoped it would be shared and possibly go viral. People saw what you posted. You didn't change your viewership to private. You left it public so you could narcissistically get those "likes" you so desperately craved. You got them. Congratulations. You got the attention you were craving, and now you're disappointed it wasn't the attention you were hoping it would be. Cry me a river. You celebrated someone being murdered.
