@moonpigmeme what a joke - mothers 70th b’day flowers late (despite paying for express delivery) and also paid for a birthday card from her grandchildren and it just hasn’t arrived. Your staff who are rude - offering a refund on delivery charge and nothing else - get a grip!

@StephenNolan is this city mad. Last week major road across city closed - this week city blocked off and all arterial roads a mess because of a march for Jesus from the Ormeau park to City Hall. Why oh why can’t they just celebrate in Ormeau park!! #madness

@EastMidRailway I loose a case 27th June. I fill in all forms , you acknowledge. 10th July you still (by email) say you haven’t found it. 16th July email you’ve found it and I can pick up from Kettering. Your email says you will keep for one month from found. Even if that’s the

@LGUK @currys I spent two hours Sunday sorting this!!! Now even have a claim number from @LGUK and a repair technician would call me on Monday or Tuesday to organise a visit! Well it’s now Thursday and nothing - so so poor

@LGUK @currys Hi @currys your team have passed me around again and still can’t seem to help - they say that LG should deal with it and I told them that Curry’s should deal with it! BTW I was told the problem was that it was made in US and yet the sticker inside says Korea. Joke

@LGUK @currys embarrassing 25 mins of my life with your LG customer service agent ‘Anne’ - simple I bought LG dishwasher in @currys 09/23 (still under warranty) it doesn’t work - so fix it or replace it. Anne tells me as it was made in USA you can’t!! What’s USA got to do with me

@HalifaxBank I’m sorry I switched home insurance to you but I thought you were a top brand. Apparently minus temperatures, no heat, no electric to plug in heaters and no cooking isn’t ‘uninhabitable’ with children (we stuck it out one night with no power) so you won’t pay hotel

@HalifaxBank yet anyone can claim for storm damage < £1500 without authority! It’s as well i’m 1 of the honest ones!Also warning me that premiums likely to increase next year if I claim for frozen food - poor form. Consumer duty says that the customer is treated fairly - really!

@easyJet then to add insult to jury - we queue to check in for nearly 2 hours and when nearly at the desk you call passengers from our flight to another desk. What’s the point of checking in online BTW? If we all have to interact with your staff at airport? Terrible experience

@easyJet why when people become employed by you does all common sense goes out the window! Totally ruined a holiday by the ineptness at Malaga airport. Instead of advertising ‘last minute’. Check In desk why not just open at least one more for the people that are on time
