@HSBC_UK I am trying to get my balance & pay my credit card off. However, I do not have an online account with you. I tried and failed security??. I dont have a branch to go near me with a passport. Surely it shouldn't be this hard to just pay a balance off !!!

@Georgeatasda waiting for a refund for 6 weeks , have had to ring twice. Now had to send a picture as supplying a parcel id isn't something you can deal with . Treated like you are lying due to inept processes!

@premierinn, so it's ok to send this in an email to customers and it be a lie . The good news is that our restaurant is open and you’ll still be able to tuck into our famous Premier Inn Breakfast .

@premierinn Sorry but specifically writing to customers advising their stay won't be affected , then getting to a hotel and finding the restaurant is closed . Is that Premier Inns great customer service . It's surely false advertising!! Why write advising nothing would be effected ...

@premierinn why do you believe it is ok for a cust to book a hotel with rest facilities then these not be available. Even though email advising they were so you did not cancel or move. Is this not breech of contract ??
