@easyJet Complete shambles today on Porto flight EZY8525. More than an hour delayed, flight still on the ground. No information on the monumental delay. No refreshments not even a drop water offered to the customers, there are plenty of small children in the flight. Do better pls

Saw a Facebook post off someone saying a flight with @easyJet was cancelled Icheck as I'm booked on it for an @easyJetholidays and yes it is. No email so raised a case. Need money back asap to book alternatives yet randomly could still check in despite it being cancelled

@easyJet thanks for ruining our holiday. We've just been stood in line at venuce airport for an hour because your online checkin didn't work. We've just been told to stand in another queue. Zero help. Zero information. Our checkin closed 7 minutes ago. Never fly with easyjet.

@easyJet so how come when my flight to inverness from gatwick (which was meant to get me to inverness just before 4) got rerouted to glasgow, waited there for hours before getting to inverness just before 9PM, my claim I submitted said the delay was less than 3 hours! mental!

Absolutely ridiculous from @easyjet cancelling a flight for 14th April and trying to fob us off on one 30 hours earlier which would mean losing a nights hotel and a round of golf we’ve paid for. How are they allowed to get away with it. Is there no regulatory body?

@easyJet major issue with my app not tallying amendment and with website. Website showing correct booking and Atol certificate but app out by 24hours outbound wrong seats on both in and out. Spoke to customer services and said there is an issue withthe app can you clarify please

Hi @easyJet & @easyJetholidays . After a easyJet flight on Monday, I was given a voucher for £60 off a package holiday with easyJetholidays which I then booked for 2027… But the voucher expired at the end of 2026…! How can I get the £60…?

@easyJet Hi. We're flying with easyJet next week with our 1 year old son. We're bringing the doona pram with us as one of our baby items. Will we be able to use it up until the boarding gate then have it put in hold or will we need to hand it over at the the baggage drop? Thanks
