@easyJet - come on. What’s the plan? I appreciate that tech issues happen but this isn’t the first time ever? Keeping passengers waiting for updates is a known cause of frustration.

@HMRCcustomers Yes-I called the helpline to discuss it. Due to interest from a savings account, a full year total has been displayed. So the helpful advisor worked out, I only owe the difference (having already cleared the account) between the new and old. It nearly gave me a heartattack!

@HMRCcustomers ok. I was notified of an underpayment for last tax year. I steadily paid it off to meet the deadline. Today I opened the HMRC app to be faced with a new bill, bigger than the last, and with only 2 weeks to go and no notification to check messages. Thanks!
