@SouthwestAir Now my flight home is delayed. The app says I can change my flight and to go speak to someone at the gate. The rudest swa employee I’ve ever spoken to told me no. When I called there were seats. What has happened?! So disappointed.

@united has rude customer service. Our flights delayed at least 4 hours now with no end in sight. What happened to a meal voucher and what happened to polite customer service. I will never fly this airline again.
