Hey Kevin. We don't actually sell you the natural gas that you use, we just distribute it to your home. Your natural gas supplier should be listed on the left hand column of your bill along with your rate. It sounds like you're on a variable rate which tends to fluctuate with the NYMEX price for natural gas. You can learn more at enbridgegas.com/ohio/energy-ch….

I would LOVE to know how @Enbridge could possibly justify charging me more for natural gas this month even though I used less

Hi. With the temperatures being what they've been, higher bills are to be expected. I would start with checking usage now vs. this time last year. There has to be a cheaper solution to @Enbridge . There is no way my bills should be almost doubled from last year or when it was dominion. There has to be a better company!
