The treatment we just received at @Express at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta was nothing short of degrading and unacceptable. What an awful location to shop at a store who is supposed to be trying to rebuild their brand. They should be treating customers kindly and gracefully.

@express is the epitome of piss poor customer service . How you send me an order with defective merchandise which I returned & You sent it back & removed the tags attached . You played in my face & I’m stuck with defected merchandise & lost monies spent . Macys would never!!!!

@express I ordered 3 polo shirts on 11th Oct 2025. All 3 of them shrunk after a couple of washes. The quality of the shirts used to be so good but they are so bad now. Very disappointing and would not recommend Express for anyone moving forward

I can’t believe how bad the quality has become @express clothing i have 7 suits that all have the same issues the zippers tear and the sames all come apart at the bottom . They won’t do anything because they weren’t purchased in the last 30 days . I remember when express cared !

.@express VERY unhappy your return policy is based on 30 days from ORDER date so if USPS takes forever to deliver, then I’m stuck with merch that doesn’t fit. Gross. AND my return confirmation email was dated 12/18 but your system says I can’t return past 12/17. wtf??

@express what are you guys doing to your Editor pants? I just got a pair in the mail, so thin/ flimsy, I have an old pair of Editor that are great, they had cotton, polyester & spandex and these new ones are 91% polyester and 9% spandex, no cotton, thin flimsy, not good in light
